Rachel Seneff joined The Collective in January 2012 when she helped launch the company’s Nashville office. Prior to graduating Suma Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University, she took a position at the Collective as an assistant but has since grown into a management role. She currently oversees the day-to-day responsibilities for Collective Nashville clients, which include Clint Black, Corey Smith, Edwin McCain, Sara Evans, and Steve Wariner.
Rachel is active in the Nashville community as the Secretary of SOLID (Society of Leaders in Development) and a member of the Women’s Music Business Association. She also remains extremely active in the growth of Nashville’s young music business community as a member of Belmont University’s Young Professional Advisory Board, a founder of the upcoming Alumni Advisory Council for MTSU’s College of Media and Entertainment, and a founder of the educational non-profit Omega Delta Psi National, Inc. Her main passions include philanthropy and music management and she looks forward to actively pursuing both as she and her fellow colleagues continue to grow the Collective’s presence in Nashville.
